Compensation & Incentives$10,000 Commitment Incentive Bonus. Schedule and location as noted above.
Team & RoleJoin our 81-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit, staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), CNAs, Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists, and Psychiatric Providers. The unit treats diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Substance Use Disorder. Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal or homicidal ideation, mania, or other behavioral health crises. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate in a supportive environment focused on delivering quality care.
Responsibilities- Accurately identifies patient needs
- Provides care appropriate to the patient's condition and age
- Performs timely and accurate documentation in the medical record
- Responsible for activities of daily living
- Current state NA I license and completion of NA course from an accredited school
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- One year of experience preferred
