We are an established professional run company with 15 years of experience in the industry. It is our belief that you should treat people the way you wish to be treated, which is the key to our success.
We care equally as much for our Aides as we do our clients. You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is a plus.
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Remind and assist clients with medication as directed (per NC state regulations).
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with transportation needs, including errands, medical appointments, and social activities (if applicable).
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisors or family members.

- Quarterly speakers and certification upon completion
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience is a plus (but not always required).
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (as required by North Carolina state regulations).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must have some availability.
