Overview

At Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC), we combine our values and clinical expertise to provide collaborative, compassionate care to promote the best outcomes for our learners. We use naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma‑informed care, and frequent, combined meetings among BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to create comprehensive treatment packages. LAC seeks a talented BCBA to serve as an Assistant Clinical Director.

Job Type

Full‑time

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of learners while supporting the Clinical Director (CD) with daily tasks in the clinic.
  • Stand in for the CD during PTO, maternity leave, or other scheduled appointments, providing an operational and clinical point of contact for staff.
  • Receive training on center‑specific responsibilities with the goal of developing skills to become a future CD.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
