Are you a Hearing Instrument Specialist seeking a rewarding career with a company that values its employees and patients? Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat Sinus and Allergy Center are looking for a compassionate and dedicated full‑time Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in Hickory, NC!

This position is primarily based at our Hickory office, with occasional travel to one of our two satellite offices. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package!

Day to day:

• Conduct hearing screenings for adult patients.
• Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids according to each patient’s unique needs.
• Counsel patients on communication strategies, providing follow‑up care, hearing aid maintenance and adjustments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient and provider communication and exceptional patient care.
• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Upholds strict confidentiality and exhibits a positive attitude while delivering ethical and compassionate care.

Requirements and

Education:

• Current or eligible to obtain Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited Hearing Instrument Specialist program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide accurate and reliable hearing aid services in a timely manner.
