Job Description - HR
- Placement Specialist (1610105)
Frye Regional Medical Center
Responsibilities- Professionally greets employees and customers via telephone or in person and identifies their specific needs.
- Assist with onboarding packet preparation, ensure information is up to date and complete and follow-up to ensure all paperwork is returned and any follow-up questions answered.
- Complete I-9 verifications and maintain up to date records.
- Submit online applicant investigation requests and assist with new employee background checks.
- Provides Administrative Assistance to Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager as requested.
- Administers the Employee Identification Badge System.
- Administers the record management & scanning of the Employee Personnel.
- General Human Resource Department responsibilities.
Requirement
:
- High School Graduate required, Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a high volume setting required;
Human Resource experience highly preferred
