Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry‑leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical‑based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications.

The enterprise network product groupـconsists primarily of optical‑based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced North America (NA)
Regional Demand Planner to drive the implementation and execution of supply chain and manufacturing operating plans across a diverse portfolio of products. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between capacity planning, адресу strategy, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations—from order acknowledgement through shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support NA regional production planning/master scheduling activities, including order management, dating, resource planning, delivery promising, and production forecasting and reporting of actual manufacturing results vs. plan.
• Coordinating plans and executing across NA regional cable plants
• Generate and maintain monthly capacity plans and weekly supply plans for شيئ manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Optimize NA region finished goods, WIP, OOF, and fiber inventory.
• Support new‑system implementation projects and initiatives within supply chain.
• Work closely with plant supply chain and operations to establish short‑term and long‑term expectations and  outset of the production plan.

Education/Experience

Required:

• Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain or relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree required or considerable experience
• Ability to collaborate within a cross‑functional team and to achieve long term goals
• Computer Literate in MS Office, especially Excel

Desired

Skills:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• Fiber and cable product knowledge
• Understand aspects of inventory management
• Strong SAP/ERP/MES knowledge and experience
• Direct manufacturing experience
• APICS/ASCM Certification

The range for this position is $71,930.00-$98,904.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors,'ét including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experienceverl, training, and education.
