Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise the activities of warehouse personnel in the assigned area including selecting, loading, stocking, unloading, sanitation, receiving, etc.

• Supervise all warehouse activities in the assigned area.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs to meet the demands or the workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Administer all company policies and procedures fairly and consistently, partnering with HR as needed when performing corrective actions to sustain fair and consistent practices.
• Communicate and work closely with other departments and shifts to maximize efficiency in workflow.
• Manage all expenses with special emphasis on damage control, labor, and supply usage to meet or exceed budget.
• Maintain and project a professional attitude toward all employees to build and harbor a team atmosphere.
• Participate in all special projects as assigned by Ops Manager.
• Assist in establishing the department labor budget.
• Supervise operation to comply with all applicable FSMA regulations, as well as company Food Safety Plan, policies, procedures, and standards.

• The incumbent should possess an associate degree in business or related field, plus 2-5 years progressive distribution experience.
• Beginning to Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
• Should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work on any shift, days, as needed and available to work beyond normal schedule during peak business weeks.
