Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $22 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion machines, production equipment, or manufacturing lines
• Set up machinery, verify specifications, and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks using digital calipers and measurement tools
• Load and blend raw materials (foam, plastics, pellets, resins, additives, etc.)
• Inspect products for defects and ensure proper machine output
• Document production data in computer systems
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Support new equipment startups, product trials, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with other machine operators, production techs, and warehouse staff

What You Bring

• Prior experience as Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Technician, or similar
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of shift
• Ability to read basic drawings/spec sheets
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Basic computer/data entry skills
  
  Ability to work overtime as needed
