• Reviewing loading tallies and staging orders for shipment
• Loading and unloading trailers according to the shipping schedule
• Communicating with drivers to ensure paperwork is completed correctly
• Operating forklifts (forks and clamps) to move product safely
• Scanning materials to accurately track inventory movement in JDE
• Participating in daily and quarterly cycle counts
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by a lead or manager

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing as needed
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Commitment to safe work practices
