  Registered Nurse (RN), Telemetry
• Type:
  Full‑time, Night Shift
• Sign‑on bonus: $20,000 eligibility
• Schedule:
  
  12‑hour shifts – 7am‑7pm or 7pm‑7am
• Unit: 24‑bed telemetry
  • 4:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
  • Cardiology procedures:
    Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients
  • Telemetry monitoring

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
