As a Registered Nurse (RN) director, you will lead behavioral health services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvements to enhance patient outcomes.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions and provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Documents nursing interventions and performs timely and accurate quality improvement (QI) assessments
• Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

• Master’s Degree required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Current RN license to practice in NC
• Previous behavioral health experience required

• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership ability and operational knowledge of hospital services
• Serve as role model and advocate for the nursing profession
