Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) | Assisted Living | Kingston Residence of Hickory, NC

Full-Time or Part-Time | North Carolina CNA Certification Required

Kingston Residence of Hickory is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our Assisted Living community. Whether you’re helping with daily routines or brightening someone’s day with a smile, your work will bring dignity, respect, and purpose to the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide resident-centered care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility assistance
• Support residents with encouragement, patience, and respect
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report updates to nursing staff
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow caregivers to follow personalized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of North Carolina (required)
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care a plus (training available)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication and attention-to-detail
