Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
CRNA opening in Hickory, NC (Permanent)1 hour to Charlotte, NC - Full-time CRNA position with schedule contingent on departmental needs at the time of hire.

- Currently, all in-house call positions are filled, but there may be home call obligations.

- Potential urgent home call every 1:6 weekends and potential second call from home every 1:6 weekends.

- Call incentives available for in-house and second call.

Types of Cases:

- No neuro or cardiac cases.

- Healthy pediatrics (ENT/Dental), General Surgery, OB/GYN (C-sections), Endo, Urology, Ortho/Ortho-Spine, Vascular, Robotic Cases, Pulmonary (Bronchoscopy/Navigational Bronchoscopy/ION Robotic Procedures).Patient Volume:13-16 room starts daily, 50-70 cases per day.

Patients range from low acuity (ASA
1) to high acuity (ASA 4-5).Supervision Model:

Medical direction 1:4.CRNAs are hospital employees; anesthesiologists operate independently.

CRNAs provide labor epidural placement 24/7.Facilities Covered:

Main OR, ASC (opening in 2026), Labor & Delivery (epidurals, C-sections), Out of OR procedures (MRI, EP/Cardiology, Invasive procedures such as CT, US, Angio, Kypho, Rad).EMR System:

Meditech (hospital), Talis (AIMS).Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $210,648 - $358,101, based on experience.

Opportunity to earn additional compensation through extra shifts.$30,000 sign-on bonus.$10,000 relocation assistance.
