Schedule:
3 12-hour shifts; 6:45a-7:00p and 6:45p-7:00a. Sign-on bonus eligible.

Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate quality improvement (QI) assessments.
Unit and patient population:
Neuro/Ortho, 20-bed unit focusing on spine/neck/head surgery, stroke, and seizures.
- Current state RN license required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
- 1-2 years of prior experience preferred.
- Neuro/Ortho experience is preferred.
