RN - ER

Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), with a minimum of every other weekend and holidays. Option to flex to 4x12 if needed/available.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a challenging and rewarding role. This position is for a night shift, and the ideal candidate will display a strong ability to manage emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and follow-up care.

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, with 3 years preferred.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all through AHA).
• Preferred certifications: CPI/CIC.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Must have a valid state nursing license, at least pending.
