We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during their shift.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow.
- Monitoring and improving the quality of patient care in collaboration with management.
- Fostering teamwork with subject matter experts and other managers to enhance outcomes and service.
- Supporting a patient-first approach and engaging in service recovery when needed.
- Operationalizing nursing strategies like employee rounding and engagement initiatives.
- Participating in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Managing supplies, equipment, and inventory control.
- RN licensure with a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications (must be obtained within 30 days).
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
