Key Responsibilities

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a critical role in the kitchen by:

* Preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items with accuracy and speed

* Following all Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards

* Mastering all kitchen stations: prep, breading, fryers, boards, assembling, etc.

* Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment

* Stocking inventory and keeping up with product rollouts

* Communicating kitchen needs and maintenance issues to leadership

* Completing assigned opening/closing duties and supporting teammates as needed

* Following all brand standards and policies, including dress code

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

* A positive, team-oriented attitude

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail

* The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to learn and grow with the team

* Consistent reliability and professional behavior

* The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

* Availability to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings or evenings)

* Minimum age: 16 years old
