Merchandise and Stocking Associate
Position Summary:
Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything on their shopping list. From everyday needs to special occasions, members need you as their tour guide to find the right product. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.
This fast‑paced, physically demanding role is like being paid to go to the gym!
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

- Placing member satisfaction as the top priority.
- Comfortable with change and quickly adapting to different work scenarios.
- Problem‑solving and tackling obstacles to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
- Picking up boxes and other heavy objects weighing more than 25 pounds.
- Promptly unloading trucks.
- Assisting fellow associates throughout the store as needed.
- Sorting and stocking products on shelves and in the backroom.
- Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance, and promoting company products.
- Conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials per company policy.
- Organizing merchandise presentation: zoning, stocking, arranging, pricing, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile items.
- Ensuring food and merchandise quality through product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics, while applying the Open Door Policy.
- Completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and other partners, and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Assisting with club pick‑up orders throughout the day and staging them per company policy.
