• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food products

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and using proper forklift spotting procedures
• Follow Company steel standard guidelines and correct/report unsafe situations to management
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with Company policies, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services
• Follow Company policies and procedures related to freezer/cooler areas, including complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures, cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area (e.g., windows, mirrors, display cases), monitoring fans, drains, and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management

Hourly wage range for this position: $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Application requires successful completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if the position is offered
