Freight Flow Associate

Sam’s Club is offering a dynamic role as a Warehouse Associate, providing an engaging work environment with competitive base pay ranging from $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory flows, maintain merchandising standards, and provide customer support both in‑store and at pickup counters. You will work with a team to ensure safe, efficient operations, follow company safety standards, and help promote Sam’s Club’s products and services.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely, following company guidelines.
• Receive, organize, and move merchandise from distribution centers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report inventory issues.
• Execute sales‑floor merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and cleaning displays.
• Assist members with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Support pick‑up orders and stage merchandise for efficiency.
• Conduct safety sweeps, correctly use hazardous‑material procedures, and report unsafe situations.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Promote an inclusive workplace by respecting diversity and mentoring teammates.
• Demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and accountability in all actions.

• 90 days of prior forklift certification.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
