Join toley our team as a Retail Sales Associate – Part Time  will be part of the frontline WOW! Customer Service team, ensuring customers find the right automotive parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily duties.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss‑prevention policies.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including use of PPE.
• Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective geyspiration in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
