* ** Operations Management:**  + Monitoring daily sales and inventory levels  + Ordering merchandise and ensuring stock is properly rotated  + Managing cash register operations and ensuring accurate transactions  + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store  + Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
