Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our most important focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and giving agents the training and support needed to achieve success.

Job Duties
  • Setting Appointments (6‑8 hrs/week):
    Reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research (4‑5 hrs/week):
    Diving into client information to customize options for their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families (2 days/week):
    Meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative (2 hrs/week):
    Following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

The position is commission‑only based. Average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we sell premium financial products that help people save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts. We provide extensive training on product knowledge, selling skills, an uncapped commission structure, a competitive bonus program, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
