• Install and maintain satellite dishes, receivers, and smart home automation solutions at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and guarantee a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks in accordance with safety guidelines, including the use of ladders, protective equipment, and weather‑resistant attire.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and recommend solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
• Desire to continuously learn relevant new technologies.

• Must be able to climb 28–36 foot ladders and lift 60–80 pounds.
• Candidate’s body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air‑conditioned, and may require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
