Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance and repairs of college facilities and grounds, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC. You will respond to work orders and help ensure safe, functional buildings.
Three years of related full-time experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. The position is full-time (36 hours/week), typically Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm and Friday
