Certified Public Accountant

• Overseeing of Accountants
• Interfacing with vendor/sub contractors and owners from the onset of contract documents
• Certified Payroll
• General liability and workers compensation insurance
• Process and manage subcontractor invoices including the preparation of all supporting documentation
• Collection of warranties at the close out process upon completion of project
• Maintain and organize hard and soft copy project files
• Collect and maintain subcontractor insurance
• Audit of individual accounts
• Assist with external audits

• Must be licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York
• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Software
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to work well independently, be highly motivated
• Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the filed of Construction is a plus
• Full Time
