Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and have a clean and valid license/motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
  • Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
  • Conduct test drives in a professional and safe manner
  • Negotiate and close sales in a clear, ethical, and customer‑first manner
  • Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough and accurate sales documentation
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes
  • Participate in training and team meetings; mentor new team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience preferred (any industry); auto sales a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Valid NY State driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check

Schedule

5 Day Workweek (40 Hour) Workweek includes Nights and Weekends. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Example schedule:
Weekdays could be 1 pm‑9 pm or 9 am‑5 pm. Saturdays are 9 am‑5 pm & Sundays are 10 am‑4 pm.
