Position Available:
Estimating/Purchasing Specialist

Requirements

Reviewing project plans, specifications, and RFPs

Preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, Electrical and GC trade.

Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries

Coordinating with project managers and field supervisors

Building and maintaining vendor relationships

Assisting in value engineering and budget

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical construction or related field

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, Electrical and GC trade.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Purchasing/ Estimating /Project Management experience require minimum 3 years

Live within 20 miles of Hicksville office location

Salary Range: $80K-100K
