A week in this role looks like:

Guiding learners through the fundamentals and advanced concepts of HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum.

Leading hands-on labs in a modern shop with industry-standard equipment, demonstrating real-world troubleshooting and system maintenance.

Designing engaging lessons anchored in current industry practices and certification expectations.

Tracking learner progress, offering clear feedback, and coaching toward career readiness.

Collaborating with fellow instructors to refine learning experiences and elevate program outcomes.

Staying current with evolving HVAC/R tools, systems, and best practices.

Preparing students to sit for certification exams and step confidently into the workforce.

What you bring:

3+ years of hands-on HVAC Technician experience.

High school diploma or GED.Strong communication, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners.

A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing know-how.
