You will:
Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies — from theory to application.
Run hands-on labs in a fully equipped, climate-controlled facility using industry-standard equipment.
Create a dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and skill mastery.
Assess performance, document progress, and provide constructive coaching.
Align lesson plans to industry standards and certification expectations.
Collaborate with teammates to continually strengthen program effectiveness and graduate success.
Stay up to date with HVAC/R innovations, tools, and codes.
Coach learners toward certification exams and job readiness.
You bring:
At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
A high school diploma or GED.Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Energy for mentoring and motivating students from all backgrounds.
Campus-specific requirement (Hicksville):
Lincoln Tech is piloting a classroom recording initiative at our Hicksville campus. As a condition of employment at this location, all instructors are required to sign a recording consent agreement prior to hire. Candidates who are unable to provide consent will not be eligible for this position.
