Required Skills
- Create/design/analyze QA test procedures.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Learn both client business processes, technology systems, and all related documentation etc. including requirements analysis for delivery project
- Apply functional and technical system design to test planning, test case writing, and defect management
- Ability to explain technical behaviors seen throughout the solution as related to defects to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Has shown the ability to be the most knowledgeable person on a system and process, with the ability to apply servant leadership with that knowledge
- Has exhibited eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment and being part of a great team
Required Experience
A junior quality assurance analyst creates tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched. They identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them.
Preferred education: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
