Alpha Graphics seeks a full‑time specialist to manage all aspects of large format digital print production, including operating wide format printers, finishing, sign application, and installation.

• Operate sign and bindery equipment.
• Produce digital prints for signs.
• Print bindery & finishing.
• Post‑press equipment maintenance.
• Large format & sign finishing with installation when needed.
• Setup files for cut vinyl, analyze files for large signage, understand substrate differences for vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations.
• Other essential functions to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

• 2+ years operating wide format printers for commercial sign companies.
• Experience with large format digital printers, UV flatbed, roll‑to‑roll, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
• Positive, professional attitude.

• Ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work over a waist‑high table.
