Power Washing and Window Cleaning Crew Leader Benefits and Perks:

Job Summary:

• Meet with your team each morning to plan the day.
• Drive a Shine vehicle to customer locations and perform services tailored to their needs.
• Notify customers of your arrival and meet with them to confirm expectations.
• Suggest additional services if appropriate.
• Complete post-job inspections and review work with customers.
• Process payments via mobile technology.
• Return to the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for tomorrow.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working with people.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry ladders up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable with heights and outdoor work.
• Interest in leadership roles.
• Clean driver's license.
