Overview

Are you passionate about precision, safety, and—of course—exceptional chocolate? We are looking for a detail-oriented Food Quality Inspector to ensure every bar, truffle, and batch that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of taste, texture, and safety.

In this role, you won’t just be checking boxes; you’ll be the guardian of our brand’s reputation and the reason our customers keep coming back for that perfect bite.

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour

5 AM - 5 PM

Education:

No Degree Required

• Sensory & Technical Analysis: Perform regular checks on chocolate temper, viscosity, snap, and flavor profiles.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure all machinery and production lines meet HACCP and SQF safety standards.
• Lab Testing: Collect samples for microbiological testing and moisture analysis to ensure shelf-life stability.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of batch inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits to maintain our food safety certifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve the consistency of our chocolate-making process.
