Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with customers to build a client‑base for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high‑quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
  • Bring a positive attitude to work every single day.
Qualifications
  • High level of reliability, self‑starter mentality, and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new product knowledge quickly; eager to improve.
  • Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong listening and empathetic skills.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • At least one year of prior customer‑facing service or telephone contact experience.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive “team‑player” attitude.
  • Open to constructive feedback for performance improvement.
  • Strong computer, phone, and multitasking skills.
