Role Description: Our Service Technicians perform mechanical repairs on washers and dryers at customer locations within their assigned region. They ensure machines run smoothly to meet customer expectations and handle repeated service needs. Ideal candidates enjoy working independently and possess strong mechanical skills.

Benefits: Training and advancement opportunities are available. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual pay may vary based on various factors.

Responsibilities:

• Service washers and dryers at various locations (apartments, laundromats, hotels, athletic facilities, etc.)
• Disassemble machines to examine mechanical and electrical parts
• Reassemble appliances, adjust pulleys, lubricate moving parts
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjust motors
• Clean and wash parts
• Inform dispatch about equipment needing replacement
• Drive a company vehicle to service locations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good driving record
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Effective English communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• At least 2 years of mechanical and electrical experience or training
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and move 200 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Previous washer/dryer repair experience is preferred
