• Exposure to XP engineering practices such as Test Driven Development and Dependency Injection.
• Ability to create rich interactive web applications using Ajax technologies (jQuery, Java script, JSON, XML).
• Creation/consumption of services using WCF.
• Production L3 Support in Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Struts, JSP.
• Must be able to deliver quality code and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Must be a bottom line delivery person and manage own and deliver tasks as planned.

• Proficient in Java 8+
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Principles and consistently demonstrates their effective use
• Strong understanding of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, and deployment management
• Occasional travel might be required, probably no more than once or twice a year (up to 5% travel)

• Experience with XP engineering practices and TDD
• Ability to create rich interactive web applications using Ajax technologies
• Experience with WCF; 5+ years of development experience or equivalent
• Production support in Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Struts, JSP
• Ability to deliver quality code and maintain customer relationships
• Must be a delivery-focused individual who can manage and deliver tasks as planned

• Preferred education:
  
  typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
