Junk Removal Driver – $23–$28/hr | Daily Tips + Bonuses |$500 Sign On Bonus|Paid Leave + Growth Opportunities

- Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr
- Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
- Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
- Monthly Bonuses: $250–$800/month (after 3 months)
- $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus! (Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving)
- Raise eligibility 6 months after training
- 3 Months Paid Family Leave
- 40+ Hours Paid Time Off Each Year
- Short-Term Disability Coverage

- Drive company trucks (no experience needed – we train!)
- Age 21+ with a valid, clean driver’s license
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach the rest!
