PM Dispatcher

Cun Ex Inc. is one of the largest and most trusted logistics companies in the Northeast, providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions. As we continue to expand, we are hiring two Dispatchers to support our evening and overnight operations. These roles play a critical part in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation across our network.

• Monday–Friday; 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Tuesday – Saturday; 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Sunday – Thursday; 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

We are seeking highly organized, dependable, and proactive Dispatchers to coordinate drivers, support field teams, and manage fast-moving operational needs. These roles will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and internal departments during evening and overnight hours, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution across our network.

• Manage and adjust driver schedules to meet operational needs in real time.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and linehaul movements to ensure timely transportation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, field teams, and internal departments during assigned shift.
• Provide dedicated support for nighttime operations, including incident response, problem resolution, and communication with leadership as needed.
• Monitor routes and driver progress; update dispatch systems and logs accurately.
• Communicate delays, route changes, or incidents calmly and professionally.
• Work closely with the safety, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Utilize logistics software and communication tools to track, organize, and optimize workflows.

• Prior experience as a Dispatcher or in logistics/transportation support preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use dispatching and communication platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm, think critically, and make quick decisions under pressure.
• High school diploma or GED required.
