• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and maintaining health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families.

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in a home health or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Hidalgo and Starr Counties.
