Product Development Engineer | Chapel-en-le-Frith | £40,000-£45,000 per annum | Full-time

The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a strategically minded and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies, enhancing performance, and driving innovation across a diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product development initiatives from concept to delivery
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design
Engage with the production team to future-proof designs

Contribute ideas that keep the company ahead of its competitors.

Maintain clear communication across engineering and production teams
Support testing and validation processes on-site

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering
Background in the manufacturing industry
Strong awareness of product portfolios and market trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset
