Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Salary: Up to £31,000

About the Company

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with a strong reputation for operational excellence and a collaborative working culture. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team and support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end‑to‑end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Manage new starters, leavers, salary changes, and statutory payments
  • Process overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments
  • Prepare and submit Revenue reports in line with PAYE modernisation
  • Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance regarding payroll journals
  • Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Support audits and provide payroll‑related documentation when required
What They're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end payroll
  • Strong working knowledge and hands‑on experience with Sage Payroll
  • Good understanding of Irish payroll legislation and statutory requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
