About the Role:

Based at St Mary’s Catholic Academy, SK22 3BL
, you will be working 12 hours per week
, Monday to Friday, from 3:36pm to 6:00pm
.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming while consistently meeting our expectations and delighting our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms
• Wiping down tables and surfaces
• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained

Who are we looking for?

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Enhanced DBS check is required – if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
• Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
• The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
• The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
