HVAC Install Coordinator

Overview

HVAC Installation Coordinator - Wednesday to Saturday;
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

EANES, a Horizon Services company, voted by its employees as one of the best places to work, is growing again. We are seeking an Install Coordinator with at least one year of administrative experience to assist our HVAC Installation team in our High Point, NC office.

• Support the HVAC Installation team in the High Point, NC office with administrative duties (minimum one year of administrative experience required).
• Call customers to confirm appointments and coordinate scheduling.
• Dispatch technicians and manage technician calls.
• Obtain permits as needed and confirm client appointments.
• Maintain filing, faxing, copying, and preparation of job packets.
• Enter and access information in the customer database accurately; proficient use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

• At least one year of administrative experience.

• Ability to learn and proficiently enter information in customer databases.
