We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and 1stDibs in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers and close sales.
  • Utilize our internal systems, including Gmail and Slack, to coordinate with the warehouse and provide accurate answers to client inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Proficient in using office software and technology to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
