Customer Service Rep
Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Services Representative to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests both in person and over the phone. You will guide guests through cake selections, balance orders, and ensure a smooth, joyful experience.
You’ll collaborate with the crafting team on side duties, perform light cleaning and clerical tasks, and play a key part in making every guest feel valued and cared for within the bakery community.
