* Key Responsibilities:

*** Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
* Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
* Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams.
* Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
* Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively.
* Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations.

* Qualifications:

*** 2–4 years of experience as an
** Expeditor, Procurement Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist** (construction or manufacturing preferred).
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a teamwork mindset.
