OverviewOur 10 locally owned and independently operated Sport Clips hair salons in the Triad Area are looking for talented leaders who are passionate about men’s hair. Our team of professional cosmetologists is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind.

- Earnings potential for full‑time managers: $60,000 to $83,000 (not including cash tips)

- A valid NC cosmetology license is required (barbers are not hired)
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team of cosmetologists
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
- Knowledge of beauty products sold in store
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Positions available in Greensboro, Burlington, Kernersville, High Point, Clemmons, and Winston‑Salem (cosmetologists only)
