Join the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist team as a level II Cardiac Sonographer in High Point, NC.

Provide high quality cardiac ultrasound scans, observe scan summaries, and assist radiologists and staff physicians with invasive procedures. Participate in the ultrasound call plan and support sonographer workflow.

Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35 per hour

• Perform quality cardiac ultrasound scans and provide observation summaries.
• Assist radiologists and staff physicians with invasive procedures.
• Schedule patients, process clerical and image functions, and participate in the ultrasound call plan.
• Utilize advanced clinical and process knowledge to guide and support sonographers as requested.

• Valid sonography credentialing registration (ARDMS RDMS, RDCS, CCI RCS, ACS).
• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound/sonography training program;
  Associate Degree preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.

• Effective communication with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Teaching and assessing quality of other sonographers’ work.
