Overview
Medical Front Desk (Full-Time or Part-Time) – The Largest Independent Established Multi-Specialty Group in Central North Carolina is seeking a Medical Front Desk to join our team.
Bethany Medical is an established independent multi-specialty practice with locations across Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy.
Our mission is to provide excellent care through a multi-specialty approach from prevention to intervention of potentially life-threatening health problems.
Responsibilities- Initiate action and proactively support objectives to achieve goals beyond what is required.
- Handle high-quality customer service with focus on patient experience.
- Register patients, and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Discuss treatment plans and financial obligations with patients when appropriate.
- 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check-in/check-out preferred.
- Self-starter who can adapt to departmental changes as needed.
- Ability to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and customer service abilities.
- Experience with Allscripts is a plus.

Bethany Medical offers urgent care, primary care, pain management, diagnostic testing, and specialty care services onsite. BM employs board-certified Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers representing eight medical specialties and is known for prompt, personalized care.
